A Harris poll asked U.S. adults if they got a flu vaccine shot last year, and if they also got sick with the flu.
40% of those responding did get a flu shot. And 18% reported that they also got sick with the flu.
The interesting thing to note is that of those that did not get a flu shot, 18% reported getting sick with the flu.
